Bulgarian co Balma to develop residential project near Sozopol

 


Local company Balma plans to build a new residential complex near the village of Rosen, in the coastal Sozopol municipality, near Burgas city.
The size of the future development, dubbed Green City by the developer, has prompted the Sozopol municipality to launch procedures for the update of the region's masterplan which could result in the grating of a population center status.
