For the first time in the last 30 years the Berlinale Film Festival is featuring films with BG actors in the leading roles - Ivan Burnev in the film "I Served the King of England" ("Obsluhoval jsem anglickeho kralé") directed by the famous Czech director Jirí Menzel, and Hristo Zhivkov in the film "In Memory Of Myself" ("In memoria di me") by Saverio Costanzo, Italy.

Two BG actors Ivan Burnev (the photo above) and Hristo Zhivkov, are both among the nominated for the "Golden Bear" Award for Actor in a Leading Role at Berlinale 2007 Film Festival . The news were reported by Prof. Alexander Grozev, Director of the National Film Center.
