Bulgarian Boys First at Prestigious Math Contest in India

Three Bulgarian 14-year-old boys finished first and won the team award at this year’s edition of the Wizards at Mathematics International Competition 2007, organized by the prestigious City Montessori School (CMS) - India. The Math Olympiad took place in the Indian city of Lucknow.

Each of the boys id coming back with a medal: Rumen Tomov (gold), Anton Penov and Boris Yordanov (silver). The three are students at the National Mathematics High School. The team was lead by their Math teachers Tatiana Arnaoudova and Ioanna Kalapish.
