About 40% of the BGN 2 M needed to build the complex has already been collected, Elena Petkova founder of the eco TIME Foundation charged with the construction of the hotel announced.

The Sustainability Demonstration Techno Center will be a practical expression of the idea to design modern and comfortable buildings, which are healthier for their occupants and respect the environment. This is achieved through great number of "eco innovations" embedded in the building and yard space design - usage of natural building materials, renewable energy sources, utilization of rainwater and others.
